The room quality, cleaning and location were exceptional.

The breakfast was completely underwhelming, clearly not worth the cost.

Good

The room was nicely furnished, clean, and comfy.

Breakfast was very poor. The room was very noisy from the neighboring businesses around. Constant noise of moving chairs and tables during the middle of the night. The shower glass door was weirdly set in the bathroom and water splattered everywhere on the floor, sink, and walls.

Staff was great and really helpfully. Good location, comfortable beds.

The hotel is in general old fashioned and not very well-mantained, window mechanisms to stay open were broken. Not a great variety for breakfast either.

Good

Great location, really cosy room.

Quality-price ratio was a bit off. The hotel is really nice and the room was nice. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast though. Ready made sandwiches, boiled eggs and yogurt was all they offered. No fresh fruit and no warm dishes.

Nicely working (but ugly) simple business hotel.

Nice central location for a business trip. They have a deal with Nordic Fitness. You get to use a fully equipped gym about 200 m away which I thought was a lot better than the small workout rooms of sone hotels.

The breakfast had poor selection and the buffet area was too cramped. Hotel outlooks do not match with the otherwise exceptionally beautiful and picturesque Lund old town.

The room is ideal for a traveller looking for a place to sleep - the hotel offers nothing other than a bed/bathroom

The location of the property is excellent. It is exceptionally clean. Shower is great.

The rooms are very basic. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Rooms are very very small. The facilities in the hotel are also very basic - small bar/restaurant area and lobby only.

Good location. Short distance from the train station and eaay to take the metro.

The check in. I have foreign letters in my name and had to take longer to check in, could not use the self check in. But I understand since I have foeign letters in my name.

An alright place to spend the night, right in the city centre, in a walking distance from the central train station.

Great location, friendly morning staff, nice breakfast. The arcade machine on the ground floor was a very nice touch.

No noise insulation between the bathroom and the rest of the room, it was as if tou were in the same space.

Excellent location

Location, quick check-in, and friendly staff. Bed, although narrow, was comfortable. Coffee, tea and warm water are available 24/7. Quiet rooms. Close to railway station and busses. Lots of shops nearby.

Cleaning lady was keeping gloves on after cleaning the bathroom when changing towels and glass. Would like a refrigerator and slippers in the room.

I would recommend

The location is great. In the city center with quick access to train station and numerous restaurants and bars and shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

Rudest service ever experienced

Central, nice rooms, good breakfast. Convenient parking.

Have never in my life experienced such bad service from one person working in a reception. It was not serviceminded and just plain rude. I was putting the last hands on preparing my phd defence. My parents travelling from Iceland from the defence. My mother has Alzheimers. The room was in my name and it said on booking that the other names were not neccesary. I expected that I would not finish work until 5 or 6 pm. My parents arrived at 1330. I called the reception in the morning and informed that my parents would be arriving earlier and asked if they cpuld check-in early. The receptionist said she could not promise but that they should come by the hotel and check and that they could leave their luggage. I informed my parents. When the arrived they were informed that because of security reasons only I could check in with my id in person. They did not want to bother me and sat in the reception untill 4.30 pm. The hotel did never inform me about this. And there was no information of this in writing either. I tried to call the reception but no one answered, my phonecall was directed to Grand hotel reception that had never heard of such a rule but sadly neither were willing to help me. So i called my father and asked him to give the telephone to the receptionist. It was bad connection as I was in the lab of the university. I was upset and asked what was going on. The receptionist lied that she had informed about this precautions in the morning and this was for my saftey. Like my parents would rob the hotel! When I answered that this was ludacris she ended the phone called. I heard from others in the hotel that they had similar experiences of this lady in the reception!!! A new person took over the reception in the evening and he was great! But the horrific receptionist affected our experience and stressed me out before my phd defense! So cannot recommend this hotel!!!!
